At Universal Standard, we want you to love every piece you own, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. We also offer our Fit Liberty program, allowing you to exchange specific items if your size changes within one year of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or an immediate exchange for a different size or color.

  Prepare the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
